By using the Dream Phone Booth, you agree to the following. Please read before continuing.
1. Consent to use your photo & voice
You agree to having your photo taken (or uploaded) and your voice recorded on your device to create your Dream Phone Booth card and voicemail.
2. Sharing & marketing
Your card and voice recording may be shared by The Proper Booth on social media and used in our marketing. By ticking the box, you consent to this use.
3. Age
You confirm you are 16 or older, or that a parent or guardian is supervising and consents on your behalf. We don't knowingly collect content from children under 13 without parental consent.
4. Content moderation
We may hide or remove any submission whose photo, name, or recording is offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate.
5. Data protection
Your photo, recording, name, and the location you choose are stored to run this experience and for promotional use afterwards. We don't share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service.
